- Copy of passport data page
- Passport-sized photos (2-4 recent photos, white background)
- Birth certificate (if applicable)

- Flight itinerary or confirmed transportation tickets
- Hotel bookings or accommodation proof for entire stay
- Proof of sufficient funds (bank statements, salary slips, sponsorship letters)
- Travel insurance policy (minimum €30,000 coverage including medical emergencies)
- Visa application form (completed and signed)

- Business meetings invitations/agendas (for business visits)
- Host declaration/family invitations (for visiting relatives/friends)
- Employment contract/salary proof (for work-related travel)
- University acceptance letter/financial proof (for student visits)
